Where does RORRY ship from?
We ship directly from our global warehouses (USA, UK, Japan, China, Mexico, Canada, Australia, etc). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Note: If an item is out of stock at your nearest warehouse, we’ll arrange shipment from another nearby location to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can check your order by your tracking number with this link [https://www.track123.com/ ]
You can also contact us to check the status anytime.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply contact our support team at support@rorry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please take photos of the damaged product and packaging, then contact us at support@rorry.com within 48 hours of receipt( please note your order number). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What should I do if my discount code doesn’t work?
If your discount code didn’t apply successfully, don’t worry! You can contact us anytime after placing your order, and we’ll refund the discount amount as a partial refund.
Please note that most discount codes cannot be combined — for example, if your order already shows a 25% discount, you won’t be able to stack another 25% off code.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact us within 12 hours to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.
When contacting us, please include your order number #RORRYXXXX and specify the details you’d like to change, such as the color/ model of the product or correct address.

How can I confirm if the product is compatible with my device?
Our products are designed for easy compatibility, but here are a few things to check before purchase:
- Wired chargers: Make sure your phone’s charging port (e.g., Type-C or Lightning) matches the cable or connector type of the power bank.
- Apple Watch only: All RORRY magnetic chargers for watches support Apple Watch models only, not Android smartwatches.
- Wireless chargers: For MagSafe-style wireless charging, please use a magnetic phone case for the best connection.
If you’re still unsure, simply send us your device model, and our support team will help confirm compatibility right away.
Can RORRY Power bank charge 3 devices at the same time?
Yes, but the charging speed will be slightly slower than charging alone
Does RORRY power bank support charging while discharging?
Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging with a max input and output of 5V/2A
