RORRY Gift Cards are currently available in denominations of $50, $100 and $150 USD. Select your preferred value on the product page before adding the gift card to your cart.

Custom gift card amounts are not currently available.

RORRY Gift Cards can be redeemed for eligible purchases made on rorry.com. Enter the gift card code in the designated field during checkout.

Gift cards issued for the US store are denominated in USD and may only be used on the corresponding RORRY online store.

Add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the gift card code from your email in the gift card or discount code field, then select “Apply.”

The available gift card balance will be applied to the eligible order total.

No. If your order total is lower than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the same gift card and can be used for future eligible purchases.

If the order total is higher than the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using an accepted payment method.

RORRY Gift Cards do not expire, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend keeping the original gift card email until the full balance has been used.

Promotional codes, discounts and other special offers cannot normally be applied to the purchase of a RORRY Gift Card unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

A gift card may be used together with an eligible promotional code when purchasing regular products, subject to the terms of that promotion.

No. RORRY Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Gift card purchases are final and are not returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Products purchased using a gift card remain subject to RORRY’s applicable return and refund policies. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original gift card or another method permitted by RORRY’s refund policy.

Please verify the recipient’s email address before placing your order. RORRY is not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect or inaccessible email address supplied by the purchaser.

If you notice an error, contact RORRY Customer Support immediately. We will try to help if the gift card has not yet been delivered or redeemed, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

First, ask the recipient to check their spam, junk and promotions folders. Gift card delivery can occasionally be delayed by email providers.

If the email still cannot be found, contact RORRY Customer Support with the order number and purchaser’s email address. Never publish or send the gift card code through an unsecured public channel.

Treat your gift card code like cash. RORRY cannot guarantee replacement of a lost, stolen or improperly shared gift card.
